So far customer service has been great. The hours are not great being on the east coast. All is pacific time . Consider a change for us? Have also had multiple exchanges , trouble shooting while doing this install. Questioning quality to begin with. This part did what it was supposed to.

DONT BUY THIS BRAND!

Purchased new unit. Leaked water all over day 1. Called company, send pics and video. Never shipped parts out for almost 1.5 weeks. Finally got parts....worse than new. Unit still LEAKS WATER all over Basement. Do NOT buy thus brand unless you want a soaking wet basement. Had plumber out xs and had to pay him 3xs tp try and fix this new JUNK!!! Finally he has to silicone it to stop from leaking all from a JUNK 0 Ring that was bad on new unit and bad as a replacement part. HORRIBLE AFTER SALE SERVICE!!!

  • How do I stop drain hose leak

    1.  Remove the orange locking clip.
    2. With one hand, press in the outer ring toward the connection. 
    3. With your other hand, pull the hose free.
    4. Once the hose is out, check that the end is cut at a flat edge.
    5. Lubricate the end of the hose with any food-grade oil.
    6. Reinsert the hose fully into the teeth of the quick connect, about 1/2 an inch.
